Registration and Payment Info

In order to finalize plans for this much anticipated weekend, I need to have a count of who will be attending which events. And as much as I would love to buy you all dinner, my budget won't allow it. So I've got a couple of options for registration and payment.

If "online" is your preference, leave me a comment with the information requested below and use the paypal button to the right to pay. Sorry - there is an additional $2 "shipping" fee if you pay online (since they're charging me), but it saves a stamp and trip to the post office, right?

If you'd prefer, mail me the information requested below along with a check made out to "Tiffani Leavitt." Send it to 4282 South Long Valley Drive, West Valley City, UT 84128.

Please have registration and payments to me by August 10th for the best price. If payment is made between August 11th and August 20th, the price will be $30/Alumni or $50/Alumni & Partner. After August 20th, the price jumps to $40/Alumni or $60/Alumni & Partner.
